David has spent his career in public service with 15 years in the United States Federal Government as a Contract Specialist and Grants Officer serving in multiple agencies, including 5 years at The Office of Naval Research. He earned his BA from Saint Leo University and his MS from Johns Hopkins University. He was raised Baptist and converted to Catholicism. He founded Divine Mission Media, a nonprofit organization dedicated to integrating the growing body of Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) information with theological reflection and religious dialogue. David co-authored and published the No. 1 bestselling book UFO of GOD: The Extraordinary True Story of Chris Bledsoe (2023). A memoir by Chris Bledsoe.
